Today, being a product, interface or experience designer is much more than the ability to use Figma, Framer, Miro, Midjourney or any other tools. Of course, tool skills are important to convey the solutions we have in mind to the other party, but focusing only on them is no longer sufficient.

It's pretty simple: Tools may differ, it doesn't matter what you use.

We can now produce light, shadow and details similar to a Rembrandt painting in seconds or minutes, without requiring any expertise. In the past, we would spend months or years gaining this expertise to create amazing images, buttons or typography, and this also allowed our designer identity to evolve over the years.

More products are now on the market due to the advancement of artificial intelligence and other reasons. Things that were once exceptional have now become commonplace. Our standards must definitely rise. We need to think more about designing the right experience, not just capturing the “wow” effect. Now pressing the "generate" button is considered equivalent to craft, but these outputs produced without knowing the rules of design and art offer you nothing but a random aesthetic. More than ever, we need to use our creativity and knowledge by analyzing the market, user behavior, product and brand when designing a brand identity, website, mobile application or digital experience.

·     Stunning portfolio of work in UI/UX design for mobile and web platforms.

·     Create presentations, mockups, prototypes, moodboards that clearly show how products work, look and feel.

·     Clear, strong and effective communication and writing skills in English including the ability to make both high-level presentations and detailed technical workplans.

·     Ensuring projects are executed within an agreed timeframe and move seamlessly.

·     Identify and resolve user goals, problems and pain points.

·     Collaborating effectively with other departments and stakeholders.

·     Develop and conceptualize design strategies for the brand.

·     Explaining design decisions clearly.

·     Design, maintain or update the company's design system, visual language assets and brand identity documentation and processes.

·     Run analytics on survey responses, field studies, interviews, etc. to find insights and ways to understand users better.

·     Managing multiple end-to-end project lifecycles.

·     Providing creative guidance and brand direction for the company.

·     Proposing creative solutions that balance technical solutions and limitations of the application against business values

·     An open, curious and dirty-hand involvement to AI-supported UI/UX is a strong plus.
